I stumbled upon a new menu yesterday that I feel
I can live with "forever". I have been looking for a
food plan that is close to range of SparkPeople and
one I can live with. I wanted it to have most of the
macros I need, a variety that I can live with, etc.
Yesterday, I found it.
It contains per day: 4 fruit servings , 2 servings of
veggies, 1 serving Greek yogurt, 1 cheese stick, 1/2 c
cottage cheese, 3 serving multi-grain bread. It is within SP
recommended range except slightly lower in carbs and
protein but more in range for my diabetes carb-limiting.
It contains daily amount of fiber range. 1582 cal (my
range is 1299-1649). It also contains lower sugar impacted
snacks but stuff I like and prevents my binging. I believe I
can live with this.
I set up a new plan for daily tracking in exercise, food,
sunshine, measurements (monthly), wellness (stress,
mood, sleep quality, energy and self-esteem) health
measurements (BP, sleep time (from CPAP), hydration
and BMI, (from my scale).
