After reading some message boards, I realized I should write down my short term goals so that they are actually in black and white. I want to put my money where my mouth is and be accountable to myself.
Here goes: Goal 1- lose 10% of my body weight in a month.
Goal 2- exercise 5-7 days a week.
There I've put it down in writing , now I have to live up to it
