Keeping momentum during a disruption

I've been getting back in the game lately. A few group workouts, two workouts with a trainer for accountability, lots of walks and some bike rides (weather permitting). Feels good so far.
I'm about to do some work traveling again, which can be a quick way to get derailed. I am packing my resistance bands and workout gear, and plan to hold myself accountable for keeping some momentum. Can y'all keep an eye out for my updates, and hold me accountable too? Thanks! :)
