1. Fingers getting skinny resulting in loose rings.

2. Thinner face—dimples are starting to show again!!!

3. Jeans are loose right out the dryer

4. Able to run up short flights of stairs and walk up hills without getting winded

5. Increased fitness on the stationary bike—able to start and end climb rides at higher resistance levels

6. Better endurance

7. Increased strength—triceps wall push ups, able to hold certain yoga poses like plank and downward dog longer
