I had a baby boy in May and I'm ready to get back to exercising.
After a break from SP because of my pregnancy, I'm ready for a change again.
Challenges in front of me?
Finding time to cook and exercise with two kids at home this summer, staying motivated and building consistency despite my lack of sleep.
So, taking it slow, one healthy decision at a time, without expecting perfection.
- daily walks
- strength routine 3x a week: squats, plie, deadlifts, lunges, side bends, crunches, butt lifts, leg lifts...
- going back to 3 meals a day plan
- normal portions
- reducing carbs
