2/21 Lost Muscle :(

I'm using the Sparkpeople 5K Challenge as motivation so today. For today's crossfit, I did a resistance circuit for my back and biceps - 5 different exercises, 15 reps each, 5 times thru. I also started 30 days of core exercises.
I've taken a month long hiatus from exercise. Wow. It's so hard to build muscle in our 60's and so easy to lose it. I guess God wants us to work in our Third Act; work so that we don't take a long life for granted, work so we don't slip into malaise, and work so that we can show others the path.
After workout I had a 2/3 of a cup of fruit for breakfast. I haven't had any kind of sugar, including fruit since March and this morning's portion was too sweet to finish. What would happen if I ate a candy bar?
