2nd Iteration of Brewer's Yeast Bar

Mistake or not, the first batch went real quick. This time I tried with 2 cups of melted Nestle semi-sweet morsels, but it seems too dry, so I went with 3 cups. The rest of the ingredients: 10 dates, black sesame, brewer's yeast, pine pollen, bee pollen, Hershey's dark chocolate powder. I'm looking forward to making some fermented wheat germ to include in the recipe. And also some Brazil nuts.

It turns out well. Not as hard and sweet as the 4-cup chocolate chips version. I can stay with 3 and there's still room for a little more dry ingredients.
