Weekend disaster

This weekend was a disaster eating and no exercise at all. Friday night I had so many errands to run so I ended up going through a drive thru for dinner for the family. Saturday we had more errands and ate breakfast out. I had an appointment out of town and stopped for lunch before and ice cream after. That evening we had a party at a friends ate way too much food and way too much to drink. Sunday morning I woke up feeling rough and ended up staying home and not eating well. Today I feel terrible because of my eating habits. Back to tracking all food and eating good!! I will get some exercise minutes in tonight
