Summer 5% Challenge Weigh-In # 1 (6/30/18)

Still have a few more days off but extended time off is typically not good for my health. Weighing in today at 267.2 pounds. Goal this challenge is to reach 253 pounds by August 25th.

Goals this 5% Challenge:
1. Walk or bike at least 30 minutes daily
2. Track everything I eat on Sparkpeople
3. Reach my goal of 253 pounds by 8/25
