Good week. Had Pilates on Monday. Hit the treadmill the last 4 days. Two days at the Y and two at home. Over 10,000 steps every day.
I have been paying attention to my eating and I have been drinking all my water.
The Summer 5% challenge starts on Sparkpeople tomorrow. I am ready!!!
If you are part of the horrible heat, drink lots of water and stay cool
