Well my husband and I started our healthy living adventure yesterday. We have meal planned for the week so we know what we are having for breakfast and dinner. Lunches will either be a sandwich or leftovers. Went to the gym this morning and walked for 30 minutes and then did some leg machines. My goal is to do the gym 3 days a week and the other days do something at home. I think my favorite is to do the deck of cards. I assign each suit a specific exercise. Then I draw whatever number of cards I choose for this round and do that number of each exercise drawn. Face cards are J=11, Q=12 and K=13. Aces are 20. Hope everyone has a good Monday! emoticon
