Post Surgery Exercise Time

So now that I have a new hip I have to try and get everything working better again. There is a set of exercises you are sent home with from the hospital but it really isn't set up to respond to your continued improvement.
I signed up for a new post-surgery program held once a week program at a local non-profit health and fitness center. It is handled as a circuit of stations you work through with different exercises. Session one had me just about blacking out so I still have a long way to go with healing. Hopefully, this coming Tuesday will go better. I do realize I better focus on pacing myself. The number of sessions is flexible but the average person goes 4 times.
During July and August, I will be back to my arthritis water stretching program called Ai Chi organized through the city recreation services and the arthritis society. I have been going for the past couple of years and love it but never in the summer before.
Maybe a bonus will be burning off a few calories.
