Outdated articles, same low points, makes me not even interested anymore.

I haven't been around as long as you, but I can see how it can get stale. I am constantly changing up my program, Thank-you for your statement.

I can relate to how you feel. I joined Weight Watchers and did not like the program. I had a plan. While on Weight Watchers I continued with SPARKPEOPLE (less time here). Weight Watchers was not helpful to me. I have renewed my commitment to SPARKPEOPLE. I am trying to do different things on SPARKPEOPLE.

I am very interested in members who have been on this site for years and have been and continue to be successful. What is their secret? I look for their blogs.

Try to change what you do on SPARKPEOPLE. Your "slump" will pass. Mine did. I think this is part of the process. Just don't give up.

    Take Care,

    Patti

With that many points, you've been around for a while. Maybe it IS time to try something else.

I can't imagine but, maybe, you can get some videos for exercise on you tube.
