15 pounds!! Woohoo!!

So today I hit the 15 pounds lost mark - time for another prize! My ultimate goal is to wear a bikini, and I know I will someday. But I only have eight pounds until I hit my goal weight - 125 lbs - and though my body is changing for the better, I am pretty sure that even at 125 lbs I won't feel bikini ready. I have a high percentage of body fat; just losing weight isn't going to do it, I really need to up my lean muscle mass. That is why this month I have challenged myself to do some form of toning everyday. MWF I do strength training, and TRSaSu I do pilates. Hopefully this will do the trick.

But still - I do feel a lot better about my body, and I want a new swimsuit!! So I found a super sexy one piece that I think I can wear with confidence (see picture.) I ordered it off and can't wait for it to come in! I'll let you know how it fits. :)
