This is our assignment for the Aspire and Inspire sparkteam: This month our focus was on Making YOU a Priority. What are some ways you take a self-care break? What have you learned from your friends or animals about taking care of yourself? (Cats know how to put themselves first!!!)

Some of the ways I practice self-care are to exercise, journal, take a hot bath, light candles, or read. I have learned a lot about self-care from Pinterest. There are lots of lists there of things you can do for self-care. Here are some quotes I found on there about self-care:
