Well it's been my first really good week in a long time, I pretty much lost track of things whwen I hurt my back. It still hurts but not as bad, and I have been able to start strength training again this week.
As well as cycling, I have been up to knox mountain twice this week for my 2 hour hikes, and I plan to go again tomorrow morning. The first time I went I brought hand weights with me as well.
