Posting meals continued.
Here's my meal from last evening which was Slimming World Meatballs & onion cooked in a Slimming World 'Chip Shop' Curry Sauce on a bed of egg rice with added peas & sweetcorn fried with low calorie cooking spray. Absolutely delicious & totally 'On Plan'
Then our breakfast this morning was a 3 egg omelette with roasted peppers, spring onion & my daily portion of cheese. Unfortunately I didn't remember to take the photo until we'd finished lol!.
Lunch today is a lovely chicken salad, I like to add a pear and beetroot.
