Out of the pit!

I have finally clawed my way out of a year long depression that included a hospitalization. I am so ready to get my diet and movement heading back in the right direction you guys just don't know. My doctor has said that 150 minutes a week is the magic mood lifter number for exercise, so I am going to do that. Today I did a mile and a half in 30 minutes and I am so proud. Now if I can only stay consistent. Keep moving to avoid the pit. It's my new mantra.
