I maintained on the scales tonight which after two meals out this week is better than it could have been. Good job every other meal was on track.
When we got home from Group we had our usual Omelette with bottled red peppers, spring onions and my measured portion of cheese, drizzled with soy sauce and of course Slimming World Chips.
Here's to the coming week.
