It actually took me a while to come up with 10 reasons why I want to lose weight. The first 6 were easy but I finally did it and found the last one of the more important ones

1. To not be a burden on my nieces
2. To have less pain/strain on my joints and back
3. To be as active for as long as possible
4. To look better in my clothes
5. To have only one size clothing in my closet
6. To have more energy
7. To be as healthy as possible for as long as possible
8. To “feel right” in my body
9. To take care of my dog
10. To live alone in my own home for as long as possible
