Yes and lost 55 pounds when I stuck to it.
Did you clean up your kitchen?
My daughter does not like the things I eat so no but her stuff is in a different spot

    Way to go. I am doing the same and also lost 35 lbs previously and had kept it off for several years. Like you said, got to stick to it!
