Here are the commitments I am making for the Summer 5% Challenge.
Diet - Basic Calorie Counting/Danette May (all in calorie range – limit gluten, sugar, & alcohol)
8 cups water (lemon, etc.)
Exercise - Jump in with both feet - Join in the games - Have fun!
Walk 3 to 5 miles daily
Qigong/Tai Chi 1 hour twice weekly
Swim/kayak 30 minutes weekly
