Exercise and Food Goals for Summer

I will exercise for 170 minutes per week. EDIT: 240 minutes per week
Treadmill program 30 min per day x4
Yoga 20 min on Friday
Leslie Sansone video for 30 min on Saturday
10 min daily stretching
5-10 min walk around the perimeter of the house
I will eat healthy meals each day.
Lunches will be prepared in advance on Saturdays
I will look in Pinterest for new recipes and plan out dinner each day for the upcoming week. That way I will be able to add the ingredients to my shopping list and have all the food on hand. No excuses.
I will be counting calories and staying within my budget
I will be focusing on more fiber and veggies and less processed foods.
