Looked at the calendar today and realized we are midway through June already!
If you read an earlier blog where I described a challenge I agreed to with a teammate you would know that I am supposed to do 3
workouts per week in June.
Made it easier to put it in writing and check them off when finished.

Seeing all those places where my body would be strengthened made it worthwhile!
and followed Coach Nicole in videos.
Body exercises helped in another "Walk This Way" challenge killing two birds with one stone. Liked that a lot!
I have to mention the Cindy Joseph videos I like because we would always double up on dumbbells and bands, lunges and rows. What fun!
