Week 1 Summary

Week 1 is done! It has been an interesting one. Started a new job on Monday so that has put a bit of a wrench in things. Luckily my work schedule has not changed much, however still adjusting to the minor changes such as cooking/eating breakfast at home versus at my desk at work. The upside of this new job though is that I'm at a much larger office (spans a whole city block!) so just walking from my department to another is a trek. Definitely walking more. I've successfully packed healthy lunches all week too. Also, our department has its own ice machine so I've been drinking a lot more water. I didn't work out as much as I would have liked but will work on that for week 2!!

So all in all pretty good.
Worked out 3 times - check!
Drink more water - check!
Cut back processed foods - check
Improvement for next week - more challenging work outs
