I have really struggled this week with feeling ill and tired. It has made it very difficult to find the motivation to work out.

I went for more walks while feeling yucky than I ever have before, which is great! But I think I will need to start doing some strength training once I am feeling better. Any advice (or encouragement) is appreciated! :)

    There are dozens of strength training ideas in the Spark resource centre. Some require free weights, others resistance bands, some focus totally on body weight exercise that requires no equipment except yourself. Get healthy and get at it! emoticon emoticon

    Sorry you aren't feeling "up to snuff". Be sure to get az much rest as you can, and drink enough water, and be sure you are eating healthy - to get back to strong & healthy.
