It has been a crazy busy day! I meant to do this first thing when I got to work. I think I will have to do this first thing when I get up. emoticon

Week 2 Goals:
1. Be active in my team - post 4/7 days.
2. Complete the Fitness ITC.
3. Complete the Nutrition ITC.
4. Record my food, 5/7 days.
5. Do some form of exercise 5/7 days, 20 minutes.
6. Read chapters 4, 5 and 6 of The Diabetes Cure.
7. Track my morning blood sugar, 7/7 days.

Day 1 Goals:
1. Track morning BS. emoticon
2. Track food. Every bite! emoticon
3. Stay within carb range. Squeaked under the top range! emoticon
4. Walk, 10 min, 2X. Yes! emoticon
5. Weigh in on Team. Yes! emoticon
6. Post in Team. Yes! emoticon
