Been a while really need to blog here too but have been using another source too. I'm getting so much more support for less money that I had the past several years. Great workout today but tweaked my back on Tuesday trying to do walking lunges with a heavier ez-bar than I've used in the past. Started using the MAC app and virtual gym web site to track my food and workouts. Used the app today for my workouts and did a trial run yesterday on the food log. Taking it easy but might try the stair master tomorrow after my abs workout but will see how it goes after unloading a truck in the AM.
