Struggling Emotionally

Thursday, June 14, 2018

This time of year I always struggle emotionally no matter how hard I try not to. Even sadder is the most of the people around me ignore it. Do not even care. Care more for themselves. I know I will get through it. But, I am tired. My life is a complicated mess there is not much I can do about. It is what it is.

Karen, I buried my daughter 12 years ago, and later, in a short period of 8 months, I buried my sweet dog, my precious mother and my beloved husband. I was devastated. It still rolls over me in waves.
I do understand periods of sadness, I have experienced people ignoring me because they don't want to feel my sadness. They don't understand.
I hope you can get through this.

maybe you need to try going through the emotions instead of trying not to. maybe they try to ignore it as they think you are also wanting to ignore or don't know how to help or don't understand so you can maybe talk to them about it and tell them what you need or want. and maybe I have no idea what i'm talking about. take care of yourself.

Just ignore them back & concentrate on you & what you like. I totally understand what you're going thru. If you have no support , look in the mirror. She'll help you 🦋

Nowadays it seems many people are wrapped up in their daily lives and forget to open their eyes to the things and people around them. You need to focus on yourself and do something that makes you feel good
