At some point in the past week I came across a Spark article talking about where to buy cheap healthy food. Somehow my old yet still thinking brain takes issue with the word "cheap" being associated with "healthy".
"Cheap" to me means the prizes won at the 5 cent digger on a midway, a poorly made garment that falls apart during the first wash, a derogatory comment as in a cheap shot, a public action that deserves scorn rather than praise.
Instead consider buying inexpensive nutritious foods; whole grain pastas rather than KD, in season produce, frozen or canned foods. Don't stoop to "cheap", your health deserves better and you will likely save money in the process.
