Good Training leads to Good Results

Good morning Fellow Sparkers!
What routine do you follow? For me I do cardio everyday. Every other day I do whole body strength training. Do you think overtraining can hamper your results? I do, because if your body is not given a break every now and then you could burn out and give up. Taking a break doesn’t mean completely skip exercise but do something light or slower than normal. Our bodies take time to recover from workouts. Without some recovery we could get injuries in the long haul and those are no fun. Have a fantastic day all!
