May - Goals 2018

1. Meditate 3 minutes every day – Not great.
2. Finish running 350 miles – 12.41miles in April. I’ve far behind now & need to get it up while traveling.
3. Continue to spend quality time with husband, focusing upon conversation & exchange - yes. we keep connecting.
4. Continue learning about health & following health plans - Weak. Big slips in consistency.
5. Remain consistently, locally engaged with human decency and help others take action - 100%.
6. Save 10% of our income - Continues fantastic success.
7. Take greater advantage of our environment (3x camping at least) – Fantastic 2nd & 3rd camping trips.
8. Complete push-ups and squats OR yoga each day - Yeah, nope. Some light yoga but not consistent or effective.
