Sonali also motivates me to make good medical decisions like monitoring my BP. Her advice on food has taught me the following: 1. Follow a well-balanced diet filled with lots of nutrient-dense, whole foods. 2. Limit the number of processed foods. 3. Eat in moderation. 4. Maintain an active, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle.
5. Cook at home as often as possible. 6. Enjoy delicious food and be happy!
