"Day #26 of my Challenge"

I am here for another day and having the best time of my life and I am on day #26 and,
by me drinking my water and doing my exercises and doing my walks every morning,
it has really Helped me to get where I am today and of course along with my walker &,
my Hubby because if it wasn't for my Hubby I guess I wouldn't be doing my walks every, morning so I am so Glad that I have a partner to Help me to get their where I need,
to be and yes it will take us awhile but I will get their one day @ a time.

French toast/a lil drizzle of SF syrup, 1-slice of turkey bacon, small orange juice.
tomato and cucumber slices, light peaches with low-fat cottage cheese, cheddar cheese,
chicken leg baked, steam green peas, tomato slices, pineapple chunks/cottage cheese,
1-Atkins strawberry protein shake.
