Another chapter in my book - June 2018

In my last post I talked about a having to go to a new doctor and not knowing whether or not Iiked him. One of the things he said to me while looking at my chart was "Do you exercise?" and I said "Well I walk" and he said "Well do you walk to exercise?" I said "humm - no"
That has stuck with me since seeing him in March (I think it was). Also my son started the Keto diet and has cut out 99% of all his sugar - which made making a dinner that he wanted almost impossible
So last Tuesday (6-5-18) I joined Weight Watchers. I have to do online only because neither meeting time was at a time I would be able to attend.
I'm doing the new freestyle and loving it - I'm down 6 pounds already (I'm thinking that's water weight and the "real" weight will be harder to lose). As long as I stay within my points I can eat what I want - I've had Chipotle - O'Charley's and today had 2 White Castles with cheese. After eating my breakfast - lunch - snacks - dinner I still have 1 point left - can't get much better than that!!
Haven't gone back to the gym yet - my days seem so busy that it's not that I don't have time I just don't think about it. Hopefully that will come in time.
Anywho - a new chapter in my book - yay me!!
