Week One Summer Purple Pegasus Cruisin' and Losin'
Thursday, June 14, 2018
This is a purple Pegasus necklace I purchased. I have it hanging on my bedroom wall where I see it before I go to sleep and when I wake up to help me stay focused on the Summer Challenge.
I just finished entering my statistics for the week with my Purple Pegasus Cruisin' and Losin' Team, my Spark and Calendar Challenges and am almost ready for a nap.
I feel good about what I have accomplished for the week. I've increased my cardio minutes and added lightweight strength exercises almost daily. Tomorrow is my weigh day so I'll see if the scale reveals the results I hope for. Whatever the number is, I'm okay because I'm taking the actions I need to make this a permanent lifestyle. It's just a matter of time until I reach my goal. I understand that the road is a long one, but I'm up for the journey. Today I choose to be unstoppable!
It's 117 degrees today so it was easy to get my water in. Wow! Hot! I'm so grateful for the air conditioner in the bedroom window. It's now the coolest room in the house. Miss Jasmine and I are happy to be in here.
Planning my meals at least one day in advance on the nutritional planner makes my life easier. It's done and I don't have to think about it. If I have leftovers, it's very easy to copy the whole meal to another day. What a great tool it is for me. I continue to work on good habits since I've released a lot of old bad ones.
You are doing great. I love all your song picks, thank you makes me Happy. Not as hot as you but we are happy we have air in our room too. Be careful and yes easy to drink lots of water when it is so hot. 31 days ago

SABLENESS 117 degrees is about 40 degrees too warm for me. I guess I'll have to settle for my Florida 90s with 90% humidity. LOVE the purple Pegasus. You're finding so many little treasures to mark your journey. 31 days ago
