Goodness I'm so tired today that the LOL Challenge almost seems too much to keep track, I'm not good at keeping track of each little thing and then it's points. I think that's one of the reasons why I quit challenges. I'm going to try to keep up with this one.

Today I got out the Circulation Booster and set it on feet for the 4th point and for 30 minutes. It was quite mild so I used it for 60 minutes but between I ran downstairs and did some laundry. Well I don't really run down the stairs I more or less clump down them. My legs have so edema that I feel like the skin on the one foot is going to burst. I've tried all sorts of things and the doctor says that there isn't really anything that can be done so am hoping all those electrical pulses can help push some of it up and away. I wonder if it is included in passive exercise. emoticon

    I found that the more water I drink and the more I move accompanied by low sodium really helps my swelling. Good luck to u!!
