Funny that when I really seem to lose my way, I end up back on Sparkpeople in some way. I've been back at Weight Watchers for a year and a half and can't seem to be consistent. I'll track for a day or two and then it's out the window. I'll go to my meeting and really enjoy it and then skip a week or two.
Today I jumped back on Spark Coach and I'm blogging to try to get myself back in the right frame of mind. Today's video was about moving beyond the scale and it asked you to measure your progress with these questions:
Do you feel more enthusiastic about things? - when I'm doing what I'm supposed to do yes
Are you more energetic? No, lately I've been stressed and not getting enough sleep
How are your clothes fitting? Way too tight
Has your outlook improved? No
Has your overall appearance changed? yes, but not for the better
Have you stopped dreading workouts? This one I can say yes to, because I do really like to walk
Are you craving unhealthy foods less? No
I don't put all this here to be negative, but as a wake up call to myself. I hope to come back and revisit these questions in a month or two with much better answers!
