New goals

I am going to do 10 minutes of CARDIO, 5 days a week, 10 minutes of ST 2 days a week and 6 days 10 minutes of yoga. I also want to lose 5 lbs by July 15 th. And eat to the bottom of my calorie range. I was never getting into range and I never ate my exercise calories and my weight loss has ground to a halt. I have trouble eating healthy this will be good for me. I actually bought some fruits and vegetables at the store today for the challenge.
