I have been back at Spark for one week now and loving it - down 6 pounds and over 10,000 steps a day for 5 days straight which I would never have been able to do if I wasn't accountable here. My getting started challenge was to write a blog today so that's why I am telling everyone my new goals and my love for Spark. I am not a big blog writer so here is another thing that I have pushed out of my comfort zone to do for my accountability here. I really want to get back in shape and have my goal of 130 pounds (losing 91 pounds) for 2 big events coming up within the next 2 years - turning 70 and having our 50th wedding anniversary. I know that I can accomplish this with the help of all the challenges here and goals and very importantly my spark teams and friends. I probably will not blog often unless it's one of my challenges but I will blog here to let you know when I accomplish big milestones. Thanks to everyone here at Spark!
