For the last couple of years I have suffered extremely low iron and no amount of food could get me up there to be at an acceptable level. Recently I have had an iron infusion and felt great again.
My problem is that while I was feeling good I started to exercise and watch what I eat.
A good thing you say.
Unfortunately as soon as I start to lose weight I end up hitting the self destruct button and pick up my old ways.
I am using accountability here by admitting to you all my bad habits and reach out for some positive feedback to help me overcome this recurring pattern.
My worst times are during stress( and I do have many stressors in my day to day life that are unavoidable) and at nights.
Maybe some of you had similar experiences........
