I have my goal weight set at 120 lbs. That's a decently realistic goal for me. But as I wait for my steamy hot breakfast to cool off, I'm thinking. Maybe for my height, which is 4'11...I should go lower. For someone my height, 100 pounds is a healthy weight,heck..even 95 is still considered healthy. If something ever happens and I injure myself and cannot work out,
or life brings an event that throws me off track,
I will have some wiggle room for potential weight gain and not go into an unhealthy range.
I think I'll go update my ticker
I'm unfortunately listening to women's tennis right now
. I have no control over the T.V. in our lounge at work. The grunting and yelling is getting on my nerves to say the least
