Day 15 & 16/42

Yesterday was a handful for me and today was out of range.
I woke up to my dance workout challenge yesterday and after 34 minutes, it looks like I had a lot of energy. I proceeded to one of my favourite fitness trainer, Billy Blanks. I checked one of his videos on my drive and I did 54 minutes drenching in sweat. I tagged it my throw back Thursday, because this video was my go-to when I first started this healthy lifestyle journey. I had fun though.
Today was a fast one doing my dance workout because I had a seminar to attend and I hate being late.
I have lots of steps to log in for the day too
In all of the above we have learned to adjust our lives accordingly.
