Use your stability ball wisely!

I love using the ball to do my lunges. I put it against the wall and do lunges, my toe touches, some stretching. It is great when I have back pain as well. I am no longer able to kneel, so I changed tactics with it. I can put it on my couch to stretch my back when I have pain, or just to keep those muscles moving and healthy. I also sit on a hard chair and put my legs on it to do my PT workout.
