Finished the Whole30!

As of May 31st I completed the Whole30 challenge! And the best part about it I love how I feel when I eat clean so I will continue to eat Whole30.

For thirty days I ate fruit, veggies, meats, and nuts/ good oils like coconut and olive oil.
No breads, sugar, cheese, artificial ingredients, legumes, or corn. I have high cholesterol so the eliminating milk products is something I should have done a long time ago. I seem to not be able to stop eating sugar and bread once I start so I will continue to pass on these food products. Artificial ingredients are not very good for you anyways. So this plan is wonderful if you should continue to do it for your everyday daily eating. Which I plan to do. It works so why try to fix what works! I have weighed myself only once and it was 17 days in. I have lost 7 pounds. Tomorrow I will weigh myself again.
