Day 14/42 Consistency

Yaaaaay, 14 days of consistency? That's what we are talking about! I worked out quite early today and it was good since I had a lot of "walkings" to do. Guess what? By the time I got back home, I had over 10,000 steps already. It was quite pleasant.

I weighed in this morning and trust I had a good loss, the scale showed me a 178.4. I feel so happy today, I am slowly moving to where I came from, lol. My lowest over the past 3 years had been 162.8lbs, I still wonder how I got here but I am definitely going to back to where I belong.

- the beautiful place
- the not-so-crowded route.
- I love that PLACE.
