Good evening lovelies, isn't it awesome that I will consistently finish 14 days of exercise tomorrow. It's really a strong WILL that had kept me going because I have had discouraging moments like my weight not changing even when I have been eating healthy and all. On the other hand, I noticed my wears are no more snugly I can say that is a good one. I wish I had a tape to measure the inches.

Today was great and I danced with a lot of attitude, putting all of my energy into the dance for 43 minutes.

My bonus workout today is Half Hour Abs Burner by Tony Horton. Are my abs on fire? Yes, I was groaning the better part of the exercise but I finished it even when I had to modify some reps.

Tomorrow is weigh in and I wish I have to lose some fat. Last week was 180.4lbs or so. I want to weigh less than two weeks ago which was 179.6lbs. Wish me luck
