Day Eight: Life Is Great

Beautiful sunny day! Going to go grocery shopping for more healthy snacks. I need some "emergency almonds" for those times I want to crunch on something in the evening. I have found that if I eat a handful and wait, I feel full and no longer binge-y. Later on I'm headed to the pool for some water aerobics. Let's make it great!

    Went into the cupboard last evening for the almonds (purchased prior to the accident 8 months ago). Pretty sure they're rancid. Time to replenish he supplies.

    We keep almonds, cashews, and pecans for the quick, get a handful, and we are good until the next meal snack. You are on the plan. Spice it up with some music..
