A Whole new me - Day 65 on Whole 30.

217.6 this morning - down around 35 pounds on the Whole 30 - on Day 65. Continue to feel great and have been far more active since beginning the program.
Full after meals and snacking has been nipped in the bud.
No extra sugars, no non-veggie/fruit carbs.
Need to reduce my fruit intake a bit - have bumped it up with increased activity level while hiking in Utah - what a beautiful place. Now back in the flatlands and need to adjust.
Out for a walk - kick it people - find your way and do your absolute best.
