The journey continues

Tuesday, June 05, 2018

My journey continues and I still continue struggling with food. I struggle with stress and consistency.I am trying to take step by step working to find a solution to my issues that will last. I know what has worked in the past and what my body needs. I do better with more vegetables, higher healthy fats and probiotic foods. I do better, specifically mentally, when I work out regularly. I have to manage my stress or it is all for nothing by doing journaling, bible study and yoga. Last time I successfully lost 30 pounds, I was taking probiotic regularly as well as apple cider vinegar daily. Sometime all the changes I need to make are overwhelming and I don't know where to start but I am beginning to worry about my health and am having anxiety over it. I need to focus on stress management first and my eating. One step at a time. The struggle is where to start. I need the following:

-enough water
-Stress management in the form of: journaling, bible study, my anti-stress vitamins
-eliminating sugar, processed foods
-high healthy fats
-low grain, sometimes even no wheat at all.

there are so many fixes, plans, diets it is hard to know where and what to start with to make permanent changes. Problem is the healing period needs to happen first then actual diet as in what I habitually need.

This sounds like something I did and need to continue doing. Take it one task at a time or you will be overwhelmed. I deal with bi-polar, stress, and anxiety. So, it can be tough, but you are already tougher, wiser, and stronger. 💪
